Project Description
The customer needed a wireless control system for its monorail system. Using sliding contacts for data transmission was not feasible for practical reasons. Furthermore, this would have been more expensive to install and operate—especially in terms of maintenance costs.
Implementation
R3 Solutions developed the entire network architecture and provided the system integrator with installation guidelines. The wireless control network ensures a latency of 30 milliseconds and zero downtime. Our partner subsequently carried out the complete and successful commissioning.
Result
Thanks to its 24/7 availability, our wireless network solution plays a crucial role in helping our customer achieve its production goals. This is particularly important in its highly professional segment focused on the automotive industry, where efficiency and reliability are of the utmost importance.
