Problem statement

The client intended to further automate their production process in a high-temperature environment where a cable- based connection to control the carts was not physically feasible

Implementation scenario

Leveraging our technical expertise, we integrated our Bridge E devices on the carts next to the PLC and set up the necessary infrastructure. Hence, we could provide a low latency, zero-downtime wireless link to the main infrastructure PLC, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process.
