The battery powered mobile working stations on the skillets need to be safely wirelessly connected to the main PLC (infrastructure)
Implementation scenario
We needed to support the wireless connectivity in this greenfield setup. This was a pre-requisite as a physical data connection to the skillet was not possible.

We ensured a fast and less complex installation, low maintenance as parts are not wearing down and high flexibility in adjusting production.
Traffic: BBH DSI (Safety), LJU UDP (Control) and TCP/IP (non-time critical)
Latency: 50 ms and 96 ms
Coverage: 660 m assembly line
Roaming: yes, seamless with realtime control
Network: 124 devices
